1. Subscription-Free Access
We are pleased to provide access to this portal without any recurring subscription fees. Your ZoloCard purchase includes access to manage, update, and redirect your digital profile at no ongoing cost.
2. Industry-Standard Security and Public Content Notice
We utilize industry-standard protocols, secure data practices, and technical controls to maintain portal stability and protect system integrity. However, please note that the primary purpose of this portal is to display your business card details publicly when scanned. Any information, files, or links you upload to your active profile are intended for public sharing and should not be considered private or confidential.
3. User Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all personal details, links, branding, and media you upload to your account and public pages. The underlying software, routing infrastructure, portal designs, and card management systems remain our exclusive intellectual property.
4. Account Security and Credential Responsibility
To protect your profile from unauthorized edits, access is secured by your assigned Card ID and password. To maximize privacy and system integrity, this portal does not offer an automated "Forgot Password" or recovery option. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and accessible.
5. Acceptable Use and Content Standards
You are responsible for all activity and content published under your account. Profiles must not be used to share malicious links, deceptive content, malware, or material that violates local laws. We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to any profile found to be in violation of these safety standards.
6. Service Availability and System Maintenance

7. Data Choice and Profile Management
You maintain full control over your published information. You may clear or update your public details directly through the portal at any time. If you wish to permanently close your account or request data removal beyond the self-service options, you may submit a formal request following the instructions in the portal in accordance with applicable data protection rights.
